The short version: we only collect your email if you join the waitlist, we use it only to tell you about Idlune, and you can leave at any time.
Who we are
This website is run by the developer of Idlune. For anything about your data, write to[email protected].
The waitlist
When you join the waitlist we store your email address and the date you signed up. We use it to send you news about Idlune’s development and launch. Nothing else, and we never sell or share it.
We ask you to confirm your address by clicking a link in an email. Until you do, you will not receive anything else. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or by writing to us.
Who processes the data
The list is stored and sent through MailerLite(MailerLite Limited, Ireland), which keeps data in the European Union. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect it. We also load Google Tag Manager fromGoogle. When your browser downloads the container, Google receives your IP address, browser user agent and this site’s address. Google measurement tags may also receive the address of the page you visited.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. Google Tag Manager can load only Google-hosted measurement tags: custom code and non-Google tags are blocked by the site. Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default, and we do not ask you to grant that storage. Google measurement tags may send cookieless measurements, but must not build a profile of you. We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
